About Cora

I am a dedicated flute tutor with over 9 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I believe music learning should be clear, structured, and inspiring.

My teaching method begins with strong fundamentals such as breathing control, posture correction, embouchure formation, finger coordination, and rhythm accuracy.

I ensure students master the basics before moving to advanced techniques like articulation, dynamics, and musical expression. Along with practical flute training, I teach music theory, sight reading, scale practice, ear training, and rhythm exercises to build complete understanding.

I customise lessons according to each student’s goals and learning pace. My unique strength is creating effective practice routines that help students improve steadily. I also guide students in preparing for exams, competitions, and live performances. My goal is to develop confident and expressive flute players.

About the lesson

My teaching approach for flute emphasises complete musical development through Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity. I design structured lesson plans that strengthen breath support, embouchure stability, tone refinement, articulation clarity, finger coordination, and rhythmic accuracy.

Each session includes practical exercises that build technical strength while encouraging expressive playing. I adapt my explanations and demonstrations based on how each student learns best, ensuring steady and comfortable progress.

Flexibility allows me to tailor repertoire and practice intensity according to individual goals. Collaboration ensures students actively participate in their improvement journey through goal setting and reflection. Positivity builds motivation, discipline, and confidence.

In addition to flute lessons, I teach music theory fundamentals, sight-reading, rhythm training, ear development, and performance skills to nurture well-rounded and confident musicians
