About Velwyn

Hello there, I am Velwyn Sam, I am a BBA student currently studying at St. Thomas, Bhilai and an athlete. I have been doing Calisthenics and Gymnastics since 3-4 years including body weight exercises and weighted calisthenics as well. My hobbies include playing the piano, sketching, caligraphy, reading books, and listening to music.

About the lesson

In the trial class, I will first get an introduction about the students and understand their strengths and areas of improvements. I will first let them have the proper knowledge about the skills, clear all their doubts and misconceptions, help to achieve their goals. I am sure the class will not be boring, I will look after the needs of the students and guide them as per their needs and also go with the very basics which are the mandatory to learn.
