About Julian
I am currently living in Melbourne. I can speak English in a native level, as well as being able to speak Japanese fluently. My aim is to teach others with the skills I have and allow them to enjoy learning the language like I do.
I am currently a student from the University of Melbourne. I finished VCE Japanese Second Language with a study score of 43 and passed JLPT N2 in 2025, as well as owning a full score JLPT N4 certificate with score of 180/180.

By taking my lessons, you or your children can learn about the basics of Japanese language. This includes Japanese characters (Hiragana, Katakana), Japanese vocabulary, Japanese sentence structure and more.
During my lessons, I will instruct and explain challenging concepts via Powerpoint or Google Slides. Diagrams and tables will be used to make difficult ideas clear and easy to understand. Questions related to the class would also be asked at the end of every lesson in order to allow a deeper memory of what have been learnt.
As a second language learner of Japanese, I am aware of the common mistakes that people usually make when learning the language, as well as ways to avoid those so that my students would then be able to learn more effectively.
