About Mhajor

I’m a UWA Doctor of Dental Medicine student with over 2 years of tutoring experience and a strong university-level background in biology, human biology and biomedical sciences. I help Years 11–12 students turn content-heavy topics into clear, connected ideas and then apply that knowledge to exam questions. My teaching focuses on understanding rather than memorisation and identifying where marks are being lost through missing terminology, incomplete explanations or weak exam technique.

About the lesson

• Free 60-minute assessment to identify strengths and knowledge gaps
• Personalised 1-to-1 lessons aligned with the WA curriculum
• Clear explanations using diagrams, examples and active recall
• Support with current topics, assignments and assessments
• Exam-style questions, data interpretation and extended responses
• Detailed feedback on scientific terminology and answer structure
• Topic tests and mock-exam practice when appropriate
• Targeted revision materials between lessons
• Progress summary and next-step goals after every session

Each lesson combines content revision with exam application, ensuring students can explain concepts accurately and use them under assessment conditions. Suitable for Years 11–12 Biology students who need to catch up, improve their exam technique or aim for higher results.

Mhajor has been tutoring my daughter and we have been very happy with him. He is patient, well prepared and explains things in a way that is easy for her to understand. I especially appreciate that he takes the time to make sure she understands each topic rather than simply rushing through the lesson. My daughter feels comfortable asking him questions and has really enjoyed learning with him. I would definitely recommend Mhajor to other parents looking for a reliable and supportive tutor.
