About Mhajor

I’m a UWA Doctor of Dental Medicine student with over 2 years of experience tutoring Maths from primary school to Year 10. I help students rebuild weak foundations, understand what they are doing and solve problems independently rather than memorising steps. My teaching is calm, patient and adapted to each student’s pace. I also provide extension work for students who are ready to move beyond their classroom content. As a UWA Peer Supporter, I know how to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions.

• Personalised 1-to-1 lessons aligned with the WA curriculum
• Lessons planned around current schoolwork and upcoming assessments
• Step-by-step teaching followed by guided and independent practice
• Support with homework, assignments and test preparation
• Targeted practice materials after each lesson
• Extension questions for students who want to work ahead
• Short parent update outlining progress and next steps

Each lesson follows a clear process: I explain the method, we solve examples together, the student attempts questions independently and we correct any mistakes. Suitable for primary to Year 10 students who need to catch up, improve their confidence, prepare for assessments or get ahead.
