I’m a University of Toronto student who genuinely loves the logic behind math and business. As a very visual person, I know how frustrating it can be to just read formulas without seeing how they work. I’m dedicated to providing the clear, visual explanations I wish I had in grades 10 and 11. As a University of Toronto student with a passion for math and business, I don’t want to teach formulas; I teach logic. I am a visual learner, and I specialize in helping Grade 10 and 11/12 students who need to see a concept to truly understand it.
I would like to replace dense textbook reading with visual diagrams. A typical 60-minute session includes:
Visual Breakdown: Simplifying a core concept through sketches or logic maps.
Guided Practice: Working through problems together to build confidence.
The application: Relating the math to real-world scenarios to make it stick.
