About Sonakshi
Hi, I’m Sonakshi—a commerce student who genuinely enjoys helping students feel confident in math again. I know math can feel intimidating, especially when concepts stack up, so I teach in a clear, supportive, and structured way that makes learning feel manageable. I’m patient, professional, and focused on real progress: stronger fundamentals, smarter problem-solving, and calm exam preparation. My goal is for you to leave each lesson understanding what you’re doing and *why* you’re doing it—not just copying steps.

My approach is calm, structured, and very step-by-step—I focus on making you understand why a method works, not just memorize it. I start by checking your current level, then teach concepts using simple examples, and move into guided practice and exam-style questions. I use quick checkpoints, mini quizzes, and error tracking so we fix patterns fast. Lessons are usually 60 minutes (45 mins also possible). I’m Sonakshi, a high-achieving commerce student with experience tutoring high school math. My lessons are for years 6–12 (and beginner uni/foundation maths), covering arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and introductory statistics.
