About Carlos
Welcome to understanding! I'm Carlos Puente Jr, a seasoned tech professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering learners. With over two decades of experience, I have worked with Windows since 95, Apple since 2000, and iOS since the iPhone 3GS. I was an employee at Desert Sands Unified School District for almost half a decade as a Cloud Support Technician for IT, as well as a "Genius" Apple, and also had a stint with Best Buy. What I bring is a wealth of expertise in tech education and customer support. Additionally, I have extensive experience in social media management for restaurants and professional fighters, showcasing versatility and adaptability across diverse industries. With my comprehensive skill set and dedication to excellence, students can trust in my professionalism and expertise to guide them on their learning journey.
