About Seoha

With nearly 10 years of tutoring experience, I have successfully helped students from Year 7 to first-year university level excel in their STEM related courses. As a third-year Computer Systems Engineering student myself, I understand the challenges you face and am dedicated to providing the support you need.

My Tutoring Approach

Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
I focus on a student-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet individual needs. My techniques include:

- Active Learning: Encouraging students to engage with material through problem-solving and discussions rather than passive listening.
- Conceptual Understanding: Breaking down complex topics into manageable parts, using real-world examples to illustrate concepts.
- Regular Assessments: Incorporating quizzes and informal assessments to track progress and identify areas needing reinforcement.

Typical Length of a Lesson:
Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, allowing ample time for instruction, practice, and questions.

Qualifications/Experience:
I have over 5 years of tutoring experience, working with students from Year 7 to first-year university level. Currently, I am a third-year Computer Systems Engineering student, equipping me with a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications.

Target Audience:
My lessons are designed for students in Year 7 to Year 13 for NCEA Math/Calculus, Physics and Chemistry. I also welcome students who need support in any coding related course.
