About Diana Marcela

I'm thrilled to embark on this journey with you as your math tutor. With a background in microbiology and genetics from Monash University, coupled with a Masters in Teaching from the same esteemed institution, I bring a unique blend of scientific rigor and pedagogical expertise to the realm of mathematics education. My passion for teaching ignited during my tenure in engineering, where I discovered the profound joy in unraveling complex concepts and sharing knowledge with others.

For over five years, I've had the privilege of guiding students across high school and VCE levels, witnessing their growth and success firsthand. As a certified teacher with three years of classroom experience, I understand the diverse needs and learning styles of my students. My approach is centred on fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment where every question is valued, every challenge is met with encouragement, and every victory is celebrated.

Beyond the numbers and equations, my ultimate goal is to instil in my students a lifelong love for learning and problem-solving. About the lesson
