About Don

I am a dedicated mathematics tutor with an MBA and over fifteen years’ experience guiding Australian students from Year 3 through Year 12. About the lesson

Teaching Philosophy & Methodology I believe deep, lasting understanding comes from mastery—knowing not just what to do, but why and how it works. My lessons weave together: Intentional Sequencing: I spiral concepts, revisiting topics with growing complexity so students build confidence and connections over time. Problem Variation: Early on, I introduce multiple forms of a problem to strengthen adaptability and prevent “one-trick” learning.
