About Hugo
Fantastic teachers and lecturers have given me a passion for mathematics and an appreciation for excellent teaching. I believe there is great value to increasing your understanding of mathematics and your capability to apply logic and reasoning. Further, I believe that one may gain a deeper understanding of mathematics through teaching and discussion. For me this provides natural motivation to teach.

Lessons available in customisable formats and lengths. We could stick to the syllabus of whatever you are studying or we could explore your mathematical interests. We could learn content together, do practice problems or a mix of both. Lessons typically last roughly 1 hour, though this length of time may be tailored for you.
My previous tutoring experience includes 1 on 1 at GCSE level (consisting of mostly practice problems) and small group teaching at university level (a mix of explaining content and practice problems).
