I am a student at York university in my second year and took Maths and Further maths at A-Level getting an A in both, i haven't tutored before but i was a young leader at Cubs and the oldest of four so I have experience in teaching and helping younger people.

Given the frequency school curriculum change I would spend a session getting to know what was challenging, what they were finding easy and therefore what would be the most valuable use of time going forward, spend a few sessions on a topic to ensure it is being retained and if useful go over what is currently being taught/helping with homework to keep them current in the year. Ideally GCSE but could also teach A-level content
