About Lorenzo

I am a first year undergraduate student in Italian and Management at the University of Kent in Canterbury. I obtained 3 A-levels in 2021: an A* in French, an A* in History, and an A in Politics. The last 7 years of my school life saw significant achievement in the French language, achieving a grade 8 at GCSE and an A* at A-level. As a result, I can offer knowledge of excellent standard. I have a passion for languages, particularly French. Not only this, but I am also fascinated by the culture. I therefore will intertwine both language and culture together to render learning fun!

About the lesson

My lessons use visual aids such as PowerPoints and videos. I also always like to use a comprehension task in each lesson to assess what the strong points of a student are and what they could perhaps focus on more to improve. My lessons would typically last up to an hour and consist of a mix of learning grammar and new vocabulary. I like to combine language learning with culture learning, so that my students can simultaneously gain an improved understanding of the French language and French culture. My lessons are aimed at all students up to A-level standard. I can offer assistance to those taking the AQA specification:
