About Paulinus

I completed part of a QTS teacher training programme before choosing to focus on one-to-one tutoring. That means I understand how exam boards structure questions, how to plan a lesson around your weak spots, and how to track progress, but I bring an industry lens that pure classroom training doesn't always provide. My sessions are structured, but not lecture-style: we work through past papers, case studies, and real company scenarios together.
