About Max
I have tutored friends and family before, but I have now decided to branch out to further spread the love of guitar around Rutland. I also aspire to be a teacher after finishing Uni, and tutoring would be great experience for that. I love Classic and Progressive rock, from Pink Floyd to Clapton; Modern indie rock, particularly radiohead; Classic and modern Country such as Johnny Cash, as well as Classic Metal like Metallica and Iron Maiden. If any of these genres are what you want to learn to play, then there's no better place to learn them face to face than with me. I can of course teach any songs/artists that you wish, as long as I have the Title and Artist in advance.

Having taught myself how to play at the beginning, I know how frustrating it can be to pick up guitar for the first time and not know how to immediately knock out your favourite song, however I believe that I can help to get you on your feet when it comes to how to properly play your instrument. Lessons are aimed at beginners, from those who have just bought their instrument, up t those who can play their chords and the occasional riff, but wish to take it further into soloing.
