About Onke
I am a University student that is passionate about tutoring, I have been tutoring since 2018, I have worked with Ignite A Spark organization, which is an organization that focuses on tutoring mathematics, Physical sciences, accounting and further helps grade 12 learners with university and bursary applications, and mentoring before coming to university. I have worked with different schools on weekends and learners across the country online, I am experienced and I have learned different skills about teaching mathematics which include patience, understand a learner as a unique being and having unique learning styles. This has been key in improving my lessons and helping learners understand different concepts in mathematics and obtain good marks.

I provide both online and in person lessons, my lessons focus on understanding basics of mathematics, understanding of concepts, linking the concepts, For example how algebra is basic concept for all chapters in mathematics. Focus on approach to solving problems, preparations for exams, understanding that all learners are unique beings, I need to understand their capabilities so that I know how I can help them and pushing them so that they get used to the type of question asked in grade 12, fear math less and have confidence when exam time approaches.
