I have worked with PhD students, undergraduates, and high school students for 25+ years. Extensive experience with large classes and non-science majors. I know how to explain things to non-experts, guide students through problems, simple and advanced. I encourage independent thinking and I like students to develop confidence by letting them solve the problems with my help and hints.
