About Ridhwaanah
I am a final year History & Politics student at the University of Oxford, and tutoring has been a rewarding part of my academic journey for 6 years. I achieved 2 A*s in GCSE English Language and Literature and I have personally experienced the challenges of navigating exams and applications, so I am passionate about helping students tackle them with confidence. Teaching allows me to share strategies that worked for me, inspire enthusiasm for learning, and see my students succeed in their own paths.

As a University of Oxford student with 6 years of tutoring experience, my approach is tailored to each student's individual needs, fostering both confidence and subject mastery. I provide personalised, structured guidance that demystifies the process of learning or re-learning topics. For both Primary and Secondary-level English, I emphasise active engagement and critical thinking, breaking down complex topics to make them more manageable. I place substantial focus on essay writing technique and reading analysis to prepare students for the bridge from Primary to Secondary School, and Secondary to Sixth Form/College. My goal is to inspire and encourage a passion for learning and knowledge-seeking, as well as ensure each student achieves their full potential in exams and beyond.
