About Areeba

Hi! My name is Areeba and I'm currently studying Mathematics at University. I have experience in tutoring Maths, English and Sciences. I achieved A*s and A in my A levels including Maths, Chemistry and Economics. I'm a very passionate and intelligent student, who achieved all grade 9s in her GCSES, as well as two grade 8s. I'm kind and understanding, so I know how to be patient when it comes to understanding and learning new content. With me having completed my GCSES and A levels not too long ago myself, my knowledge is fresh on my mind and ready for me to teach it and to help others maximise their potentials. If you allow me to, I would love to assist you in achieving the best grades possible. I'm quite a humorous and bubbly person and I love to share my knowledge with others. I, myself, enjoy revising so I’d love to help others feel the same way, whilst still learning vital skills which will help you with your future. I'm also very reliable, when it comes to providing outstanding quality lessons and also if you had any questions outside of the lesson, I'm contactable to provide any further support and will have reply within reasonable time.

About the lesson

Having achieved top grades at GCSE and A level, I’m aware of the methods and teaching techniques that are effective. A typical lesson of mine is likely to last for 60 minutes. Within my lessons, we will solidify all of the basic math skills (using high quality resources), and will go through past papers and mark schemes, and learn how to approach exam style questions. I have good communication skills and can tailor my teaching to suit your needs. Despite my teaching being primarily targeted at year 7-13, I am also able to provide my tutoring service to younger years. I am very excited and keen to share my knowledge with people and to see improvements in their grades, so I hope I will hear from you soon :)
