About Job
Six years ago I finished my pre-university education, where I had a strong aptitude and interest in physics and mathematics. Since I wanted to continue with this, I started studying Mechanical Engineering at the TU/e. I have finished my bachelor, and am currently working on my graduation project for my Master (Microsystems). Earlier during my studies I have already been a tutor for a year to a student who had problems with Physics at pre-university level, and a university student with control engineering and mathematical courses. Both achieved surprisingly good results;)

For physics and mathematical subjects creating a feeling for the subject is one of the most important steps, therefor I always try to reflect with the student on the usefulness/applications of the discussed subject. In addition, I use many practical examples and assignments to explain more difficult things, and I try to think along with the student to find smart tricks that can help you remember certain formulas or rules. To be able to do this well, I often need the opportunity to briefly read the material to be learned before the lessons, for example through photos of the book or a digital book.
