About Kagiso Tamia

I am Kagiso Tamia Sebothoma, a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong enthusiasm for teaching, I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise with you.

I hold an honors degree in Strategic Marketing communications from the Univerisity of Johannesburg, focusing on English and Marketing management studies. My interest in teaching stems from my experiences as a communication learner and marketing explorer. I have taught the same subjects to 1st and 2nd-year students from the University of Johannesburg and those outside academic school, immersing myself in the local customs and traditions of my students- which made my teaching very fascinating.

As your teacher, I promise to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Tailor lessons to meet your unique needs and goals, to encourage active participation and engagement.

About the lesson

As a dedicated & experienced educator, i offer private tutoring sessions tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each high school and Unversity Student.

My teaching methodology revolves around:
- Communicative Approach, by focusing on practical language skills for real-life applications.
-I use authentic materials and scenarios to promote engagement (this enlightens the student's confortability).
- I usually do progress evaluations and constructive feedback.

What makes me unique:
-I am very adaptable and have cultural sensitivity, Ihave taught in diverse cultural contexts.
- Very Flexible and patient (can adapt to individual learning styles and needs).
