About Sthembile

I hold a Bachelor of Education degree obtained this year (2021) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2 years of tutoring experience. I am currently a teacher assistant at a local school and looking for a more challenging environment for my brain cells

About the lesson

My teaching methods involve a lot of demonstrations and discussions. I believe that the more you involve the person you're trying to educate, the better they understand the concept. I normally introduce my lessons by acquiring past knowledge on the subject at hand; that way, I know where I stand with my students and get a relatable direction of content delivery. Then the development would evolve around discussions and demonstrations; that way, I am constantly assured that we're all moving in the same direction. Then I let my students work individually through tasks and activities that'll help them reflect on how much they understood during the lesson.
