About Kevin
I completed my BSc in chemistry, at the university of Waterloo. During this time I was a committed student athlete, playing for the mens volleyball team. I was also a member of the chemistry club, where my peers and I would consistently work together. I frequently helped and taught other members, with whatever subject they were studying.
I gained various skills, with primary ones being time management and study habits. If there is one thing I wish I could instill into students would be work ethic and the above skills -- I truly believe that in doing so, they will be prepared for whatever they set their mind to

I value the ability to understand and grasp concepts over pure memorization. I believe that in doing so, you can continue to learn and improve, gaining knowledge in the area you're focused on.
During my time in university I found that more often than not, all that it took in order for something to click was the way said information was delivered.
In tutoring I would take a more hands on approach, and try to explain concepts in a basic but concise level. From there, further knowledge and theory can be tacked on
