About Andrew
Hey! I'm Andrew, a top-performing maths student studying mathematics at university, with a H1 (98%) grade in Leaving Cert Higher Level maths and a Distinction in Junior Cycle maths. I’ve always had a passion for maths, and I really enjoy helping others improve their maths skills. I enjoy teaching and I find it really rewarding to see students grow in confidence. I believe in creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes — because that’s how real learning happens. My goal is to help students feel prepared, confident, and capable, no matter their current level.

I offer personalised grinds for Leaving Cert and Junior Cycle students, focusing both on exam technique and on helping you build a real understanding of the material. Above all, I'm an encouraging and supportive tutor who believes in positive reinforcement, and tailored lessons - helping students build confidence and feel good about making progress in maths. My approach is friendly, patient, and goal-oriented, and I adapt my pace to suit each student — whether building from the basics or refining exam technique.
