I have always been deeply passionate about economics and finance, which drove me to achieve a First-Class degree in Economics and an MSc in Finance with Distinction.

Throughout my academic journey, I noticed that many students struggle because university modules are often taught solely from a theoretical point of view. My motivation comes from breaking these concepts down and teaching a more practical/real world understanding. During my time at university, I regularly ran informal peer-tutoring sessions, helping classmates simplify complex mathematical proofs and clarify tricky economic theories before major exams.

Hello! My name is David. I am an approachable, hands-on tutor helping university students master complex quantitative concepts. I adapt to your preferred learning style, blending theory with practical examples so you truly understand the material rather than just memorise it.

Methodology & Lesson Structure:

I hold a First-Class Economics undergraduate degree as well as an MSc in Finance with Distinction. Having achieved the top academic tier in the UK system, I know exactly what it takes to score premium marks. Additionally, I have years of university peer-tutoring experience, which will help me to truly understand how best to grow your knowledge of the given subject
