About Amelia
Hi, I'm Amelia but please call me Mia! I have recently graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Psychology. I obtained an A in Psychology A level on the AQA exam board. Alongside tutoring I am currently undertaking an MSc in Cognitive Neuroimaging and Data Science.
I have a keen interest in research and hope to pursue a career in research within academia following the completion of my studies.

I can offer tutoring to both GCSE and A level Psychology students either online or in person. I aim to give students a deeper understanding of the research related to syllabus topics alongside fostering greater critical thinking skills. This enables students to write more sophisticated essays and firmly enhance grades.
My experience and knowledge in this area means that I can help students to develop research skills which will be widely applicable in any degree at university and I can introduce students to information beyond the syllabus to enhance quality of work and student engagement.
Additionally, I can provide insight into psychology at university level and aid in personal statement writing.
