About Nandini
My name is Nandini, and I’m a first-year undergraduate student studying neuroscience in the U.S. After going through the college application process myself just last summer, I developed a strong understanding of what makes a personal statement or CV stand out. I applied to universities across the U.S., U.K., and Singapore, and I now want to use that experience to help other students feel more confident and prepared. I genuinely enjoy working with students to shape their ideas, bring out their authentic voice, and craft strong written materials—whether it’s for the Common App, personal statements, or academic CVs.

Hi! I’m Nandini, a first-year undergraduate student currently studying neuroscience in the U.S. Having gone through the intense college application process just last summer, I understand firsthand how overwhelming and high-stakes it can feel. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other students navigate their own applications with clarity, structure, and confidence.
I offer 1–2 hour sessions that focus on crafting compelling CVs, personal statements, Common App essays, and supplemental responses. I provide detailed feedback and help students refine their writing to reflect their strengths, voice, and goals—whether they’re applying to universities in Singapore, the U.S., or the U.K. I’ve also had experience peer-reviewing application materials and guiding students through brainstorming and revision stages.
My teaching style is friendly, focused, and supportive. I believe in working collaboratively, helping students feel heard, and pushing them to bring out their best, most authentic selves in their writing. These sessions are best suited for high school students preparing for college, but I’m happy to support anyone seeking help with academic CVs and admissions writing.
