Ruchi mam is very nice to me and taught every single details of baking & her friendly behaviour makes u feel comfortable, I want to learn more from her..Homely atmosphere and good quality apparatus and ingredients are used. so much thankful to Ruchi mam.I highly recommend this place for learning how to bake.

Ruchi ma’am is amazing! From the taste of her cakes to her way of teaching, everything is phenomenal. She not only provides recipe notes but also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to clearing the doubts. On top of that, she tastes our recipes and explains us what the cake lacks and how it can be avoided next time. Overall, going for her was the best decision and, in my opinion, with just 1 course you can be considered as a PRO by your family!

She is one of the best teacher around, 2 people in my family have learned baking from Ruchi, now they independently make delicious and fresh cakes, cookies, pastries etc. No more worries about buying old cakes, cookies from outside.

The best thing about her classes- she teach things in a very simple and passionate way, even a layman can become a professional under her guidance, telling from my personal experience!

Btw- when you bake yourself- you use best products- like best oil, stuff etc (unlike hidden low grade products used by outside shops)

I had taken the beginner level baking course. Mam did a fantastic job explaining everything about what we were doing and answering all our questions.
With her supervision, I began following the steps of the recipe. She watched carefully and provided tips or how-to’s when necessary.
It has been a great experience. She is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material.
She is amazing mentor! Her passion and dedication is beyond words!
