I taught Chris for 4 years as his Chemistry teacher and form tutor while he was Head Boy at North Halifax Grammar School. I can highly recommend him to you. He is confident, reliable, very organised and demonstrates superb communication skills. Chris develops constructive working relationships within a group and, as a natural leader, he leads by example. He goes above and beyond in any task given to him. He always has a smile and a positive attitude. Chris is extremely able, highly motivated, self-disciplined and has a fabulous work ethic. He volunteered as a tutor during his own time at lunchtimes at school, helping students in lower years to understand GCSE Chemistry. As a proactive student, Chris shows a high degree of initiative and his independent thinking skills are second to none. He can work with little intervention and will always try hard to solve any problem presented to him. He is a mature and conscientious young man, very pleasant, utterly reliable, respectful and polite and has an excellent attendance record. He will be an asset to any department.
