About Travis
I've been doing Taekwondo for a little over 10 years. For the last 6 of those I've been leading and teaching classes of all age ranges. One thing that I've been told multiple times by multiple parents is how patient I am with all of the students. No matter how crazy things get or how disruptive students are, I've always been very calm and compassionate with all of them. I feel like the first step to learning is being able to relax and not feel dumb when you don't understand something. Everyone starts at a different level, so it's important to be able to work with people through any of their struggles without making them feel like they're any less worth the time or any less capable than all of their peers around them.

I've been told by many students and teachers that I have a unique way of explaining difficult concepts that make them easy to understand. I'm the kid who everyone is normally asking questions to when they are confused about a topic. I'm extremely laid back and very understanding of people with at all levels of their learning journey.
