About Poojitha

As a student, I know that not every teacher is for every student. "Everyone is unique" they said. I am destined to spread my knowledge in a unique that fits every student's unique needs.
I have previously worked with visually impaired kids and underprivileged students in India.
I have a first hand experience in serving different necessities of the students.

About the lesson

I am currently a university going student majoring in Biomedical Sciences with honors at USF.
For the most part of my life I have always had the weirdest of doubts in class that the teachers could never answer and would just dismiss simply because they did not have an answer.
I made it my goal to make sure each person has their own kind of teacher because no two people are the same.
I input the student's personal liking into their most feared subjects for them to fall in love with!
One of the biggest experiences I had while teaching a few underprivileged students in India, during Covid was; there was a student struggling with how to read a paragraphs with the use of punctuations. I always get personal with the students to get to know what their penchants are, and his happened to relate to being a police officer when he grew up.
Keeping in mind that he was a 7 year old I just taught him a rhyme.
"What does a police say when the traffic light turns red?"
"Stop!"
"What does a period say at the end of the statement?"
"Stop"
and ever since he had no trouble in following the punctuations.
I've always used to technique of relating something I dislike to something I love so I find something common in them.
This makes me a unique teacher for your unique little one!
