I knew Serena through my mum and the first words she described about her was polite understanding and good with kids no matter the age. When I started doing lessons with her she was like full of excitement and energy and was never dull or boring which actually made me understand things so much better because she never looked like she was being forced to teach but instead was very engaging her laugh is really loud though. Something else that was really good about her is that she said she recently did A-levels and exams so she has a clearer understanding of topics instead of random 50yr olds. She also doesn’t get ragebaited when I continuously ask dumb questions and she’s always happy to answer them.
10/10 experience would recommend going to her to make her day and be happy
