My teaching approach is centered around fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student. My main motive is to clear the concept of students by going deep with the concepts. I assess each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning style to tailor lessons that maximize their understanding and retention. Weekly tests to check learning progress of an individual. I encourage students to reflect on their learning experiences, what they found challenging, and areas where they feel more confident.
