About Lauren

As an online instructor of real estate courses, I am well versed in how beneficial the flexibility of online learning can be.

I have always been a self-starter and have been reading and writing from a very young age. I'm not kidding! I have heard from several relatives that my 2 year old party trick was picking up a German novel and beginning to read aloud. I started personally writing around age 7 or 8 with simple poetry, and that blossomed into writing personal manuscripts and short stories. As I have continued to read and write, I have also been a published columnist and have offered writing assistance services in many formats to students!

No one is perfect, and I know that writing can be anxiety inducing when you feel like you are not equipped to complete the assignment or task. Let alone, unsure where to begin, how to write effectively, or how to polish your work.

As an adult undergraduate education student, I have extensive knowledge of how to work through anxiety and find solutions and tools to maximize the learning and efficiency in a session.

About the lesson

Writing is messy and difficult, especially when your are working on an assignment or piece of writing that is long and mandatory. However, writing does not have to be a burden that stops you from completing your tasks and goals.

The goal of these sessions is not only to complete the task or writing assignment, but to also ensure the writing is clear, concise, and well edited to maximize score or fulfillment.

We will work together no matter where you are in your writing journey. We can begin at brainstorming and topics, eventually finishing at a completed and polished piece of writing.

What if you have already begun? No worries! We can work from where you already are and with what you've already completed. This may mean you just need proof-reading or editing, or maybe you would like to work on the flow and grammar of the piece. No matter where you are at, we will work together to make it masterful!

We will begin by assessing the assignment/task and discuss if you have already began or are starting fresh. From this point, we will devise a plan to begin working on the assignment together to create outlines, structure, and gathering information. Once we have everything we need, we will work to put together a complete and well structured piece of writing that will satisfy all the requirements of your assignment/task and more.

It does not have to be all business! we can have fun with the assignment/task and create a joyous and exciting experience when writing. However, it may take multiple sessions to reach all of your goals.
