About Nandi
Teaching and learning are fundamental life skills. The mere fact that we exchange knowledge, whether formally or informally, on a day-to-day basis thrills my soul. How can something so basic have such life changing effects? The great Nelson Mandela said, "education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world" and I firmly agree. I enjoy approaching lessons with the mentality of "we are about to change each other's worlds in the most fun way possible" :)
I love teaching because it's not a one way street, it's a give and take; a mutually beneficial experience; a win-win situation. Teachers learn from students and students learn from teachers too! Furthermore, I enjoy how the learning experience can be an endless adventure because "the more you know, the more there is to know".
My fun, witty, outgoing, affable and confident personality allows me to excell in communication skills. My psychology and drama experiences allow me to be perceptive, patient, compassionate, creative and solution oriented to better suit your learning experience.
