About Claudia

My name is Claudia O., professionally known as Syannah. Originally from Austria and now based in Los Angeles, I’m a singer-songwriter, TEDx speaker, creative mentor, and tutor who combines artistry and education to make learning engaging, expressive, and fun. I hold a High School Diploma from Austria (2015), an Acting Degree from Austria (2022), and a Music Business Certificate from UCLA Extension (2024). I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology remotely through IUBH in Germany. Through my unique “From Lyrics to Language” coaching program, I teach German and English creatively using music and lyrics as a natural gateway to the language. Rather than relying on traditional drills, we explore vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and cultural nuances through songs you love, as well as diverse German, Austrian, and English-speaking music styles. This approach helps you connect with the language both intellectually and emotionally, making it easier to remember and use with confidence. I also offer creative writing and songwriting lessons for beginners and intermediate learners. My sessions combine practical writing techniques with intuitive creative flow, helping you express your authentic voice and turn ideas into compelling lyrics or stories. Additionally, I teach guitar basics and singing, guiding students through the essentials of playing, performing, and connecting emotionally with their music—whether you want to write your own songs or simply enjoy making music for yourself. With experience teaching online through GoStudent and leading in-person workshops—including songwriting, acting, music business basics, and improv theater in Europe and the US—I tailor my teaching style to each student’s personality and goals. I’m passionate about helping students grow their creativity, skills, and confidence through a personalized, inspiring, and fun approach!

As an independent artist with experience in the music industry, teaching, hosting workshops, public speaking, and acting, I bring creativity, storytelling, and education together in everything I do. As a TEDx speaker, singer, and songwriter, I love taking a creative approach to teaching — from artistic expression to language learning.
