About Sayeh

I moved to the U.S. at 13, learned English on my own, and worked hard to get where I am today. After exploring the pre-dental path and earning my MA certification, I found my true passion for nursing while working at a gastroenterologist’s office in high school. I’m now a BSN student at UCLA, where I continue to hold leadership roles in student organizations, something I also did during my time in community college. I know how valuable guidance can be when you're figuring out your path, which is why I offer mentorship to help others through the same journey. I’ve completed all my prerequisites with success and understand the challenges first-gen and transfer students face. Outside of school, I love traveling, working out, doing Pilates, playing tennis, spending quality time with my friends and family, and finding cute cafés and restaurants around town. Balance is everything!

About the lesson

I offer personalized mentorship for pre-nursing students, especially transfers, first-gen students, or anyone feeling lost in the process. My goal is to help you create a clear path to nursing school by guiding you through class planning, prerequisite selection, and school applications (CSU, UC, ADN-BSN pathways, etc.). Each session is tailored to where you are in your journey. We’ll build a realistic timeline, review program requirements, and strategize ways to strengthen your application, from personal statements to clinical experiences. I also provide support for key courses like Anatomy & Physiology, since those are critical for getting in and doing well once you're there. What sets me apart is that I’ve lived this. I’m a first-generation UCLA BSN student who transferred in after getting accepted to top programs like CSULA and SDSU. I know what it’s like to figure this out without guidance, and now I’m here to be that guide for you. These lessons are perfect for pre-nursing students at the community college or university level who want clarity, direction, and someone who actually understands what it takes.
