About Anna

Hello everyone, my name is Anna and I am a 26-year-old native Italian teacher who has been in love with language learning since childhood. I majored in Arabic and German but I am also fluent in English and am studying French as well. I have been giving Italian lessons for two years now, to adult students, migrants and children. All the language learning experience I have accumulated in my personal history gives me the ability to recognize and interpret the needs of different types of students, trying to create specific exercises. Furthermore, in order to improve my teaching method I am currently studying to take the CEDILS exam, which offers the necessary tools and theories to be able to teach Italian to foreigners.

About the lesson

During the lessons, we mainly focus on the conversation on topics suited to the level of the individual student, then analyze the grammar. We will also focus on listening, written production and reading and we will use classical materials such as audio, texts and exercises but also different materials like songs, roleplays, cooking lessons, and I will teach you also cool facts about Italy. This makes learning more fun. But if a student wants to focus on specific skills or needs help with specialized vocabulary, I can make up some customized lessons.
