About Olanrewaju

Hi, I'm Olanrewaju—a teacher trainer and EdTech coach with a strong belief that every student deserves a tutor who understands exactly where they are, academically and personally.
I run Tutorial Hub, an online tutoring service, and Digital Educators Academy, where I train teachers across Nigeria on modern classroom practice. I've also worked as a lead academic consultant on school audits across 10 schools, identifying gaps in teaching and training staff to close them—so I bring a consultant's eye for what actually helps a student learn, not just what looks good on paper.
What matters most to me is that a student never feels lost between systems. Whether you're following the British, Canadian, or Nigerian curriculum, or moving between them, I make sure the terminology, grading, and expectations make sense to you and your family — not just to me.
I take tutoring seriously as a profession, not a side gig. Every lesson is planned, every student's progress is tracked, and every parent gets honest updates—not vague reassurance.

About the lesson

My Approach
I teach students aged 5–11 across British, Canadian, and Nigerian curricula, with particular strength in helping students understand difficult math concepts by breaking them down into easily understandable chunks.
Techniques & Methodology: I start each student with a short diagnostic to identify actual gaps rather than assuming based on year group. From there, lessons are built around active recall and worked examples rather than passive explanation—students do more of the thinking in the room than I do. For younger learners, I use visual and gamified methods to keep engagement high; for older students preparing for exams (IGCSE, KS3, WAEC/NECO/JAMB), I focus on past-paper technique and timed practice alongside content review.
Lesson Length: Standard lessons run 60 minutes, which I've found is the sweet spot for maintaining focus without losing depth.
Qualifications & Experience: I'm a teacher trainer and EdTech coach with experience training teachers on classroom management, lesson planning, and delivery—including work as a lead academic consultant on school audits across Nigeria. I run Tutorial Hub, an online tutoring service built specifically around cross-curriculum teaching, so I understand the differences between grading systems and terminology rather than treating them as interchangeable.
