Investment Portfolio Manager with a passion for guiding students to excel at math, whether you feel academically helpless or want to unlock your best.
My background- A Portfolio Manager with an MS in Finance and years of one-on-one tutoring experience (this is how i got through college)
I focus on making math clear and enjoyable while nurturing strong study habits and true conceptual understanding. When you understand how and why something works, you can navigate unfamiliar or unprepared situations with confidence.
Our aim will be to be well prepared to handle academic challenges independently, calmly, and successfully.

Each lesson follows a focused, high-impact structure:
1) Warm-Up (3–5 minutes)
We activate the mind with quick mental math, verbal reasoning, or a short recap from the previous lesson. This builds focus and strengthens retention.
2) Concept Mastery (10–15 minutes)
I break down one core concept into simple, intuitive steps using visuals, real-world examples, and interactive discussion. Students don’t just learn *what* to do — they understand *why* it works.
3) Guided Application (10–15 minutes)
We solve progressively challenging problems together, building confidence and sharpening problem-solving skills.
4) Independent Practice (15–20 minutes)
Students apply what they’ve learned while I coach and correct in real time. This is where confidence is built.
5) Feedback & Growth (5 minutes)
We review strengths, identify patterns in mistakes, and reinforce strategies to improve accuracy and speed.
My focus is not just better grades — it’s developing calm, independent thinkers who can approach unfamiliar problems with clarity and confidence.
