Lessons cancelled at the last minute, on the day of lesson must be paid in full. Ideally lessons should be paid upfront. For lessons cancelled 24 hours or more in advance, there is no refund, but rather a catch up lesson. If I have to travel more than 10km to a lesson, the client will need to pay R40 per extra 5km.
