About Yoshi
After attending the German International School Sydney for a number of years I've learned the language through immersion as well as intense daily study. I scored a 7 (highest possible grade) in Higher Level German while also obtaining two proficiency diplomas (DSD I & DSD II) outside of school. I know all the ins and outs of the IB German curriculum and willing to adapt to HSC students.

My teaching style is modelled off the German International School curriculum and involves grammar drills, written comprehension and production of all text types and speaking exercises that simulate a variety of contexts where your German can come in handy. I'll share with you all the tips and tricks I've learned as a student including apps and websites that helped me out a lot.

Perfect! Yoshi has been great in the first few lessons I have had with him. He is very patient and finds ways for you to figure out translations without directly giving you the answer to really challenge yourself.
