About Fulufhelo
I believe the greatest gift i can give my family and the world is a healthier me , when i first started with my fitness journey for me it was my safe space and my coping mechanism to deal with childhood trauma to keep my mind occupied and save me from myself. i fell in love with fitness and started engaging with people teaching them a lot more about exercising , motivation ,building a community that is physically fit , acquired my Fitness Instructor qualification through TRIFOCUS FITNESS ACADEMY , been in the fitness industry for over 12 years and currently work as an instructor at IGNITE FITNESS SA GYM
I have the ability to work in groups or individually , different age groups and backgrounds as well very professional and exceptional customer service
