About Ved
Hi there! My name is ved , and I’m more than just a fitness coach—I’m someone who’s been where you are. Two years ago, I started my own fitness journey at 110 kg. I know the struggle, the doubt, and the determination it takes to change your life because I lived it. Through hard work, learning, and relentless commitment, I transformed my body and mindset, and now I want to share that journey with you.
Why? Because I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and proud of themselves. I know firsthand how powerful it is to have someone who truly understands and guides you with empathy and real-world experience. I want to share the knowledge I gained not just from textbooks but from my own transformation so that you can achieve your best version, too.
