About Jee
I am a professional singing tutor with over 13 years of experience, teaching college students to grow as skilled and expressive singers. My lessons focus on breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal tone, range, and emotional expression, helping students perform confidently and creatively.
I use modern, interactive teaching methods including vocal improvisation, recording exercises, and song analysis. Each lesson is customised to the student’s pace, goals, and learning style, ensuring steady and enjoyable progress.
Performance skills are central to my teaching. I help students develop stage presence, expressive delivery, and confidence for recitals, competitions, and auditions. Music theory and ear training are also included to provide a complete understanding of music.
I encourage students to explore different genres, experiment with vocal styles, and develop their unique voice. My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, creativity, and accountability.

My singing methodology is designed to develop strong technique and self-confidence. Communication is central to my teaching. I explain vocal concepts clearly and patiently, helping students understand breathing, pitch accuracy, tone clarity, and expression.
Creativity is encouraged in every lesson. I use expressive singing, creative warm-ups, and performance practice to keep students engaged and motivated.
Cultural sensitivity is a core value in my approach. I respect all cultures and musical backgrounds and encourage learning songs from different traditions and languages.
Accountability is maintained through goal setting, progress tracking, and regular feedback. Students learn the importance of discipline and consistency. In addition to singing, I teach music theory basics, rhythm practice, ear training, stage confidence, and vocal care.
