About Marina
Certified yoga instructor (TTC) + 2-year nutrition training. Taught in Gurgaon and Russia, both group classes and personal training. I design sessions that meet you where you are: whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I adjust every pose and sequence to your body and goals.

Yoga isn’t just movement — it’s a holistic path to well‑being. My classes combine physical practice with mindful awareness, helping you reduce pain (especially in the back), manage stress, and improve daily energy. Through targeted sequences, I strengthen the core and support spinal alignment to ease discomfort and build long-term mobility.
If your goal is to tone up and create a balanced, stronger body, the blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and strength-focused flows will help you build lean muscle and support healthy weight management — without extreme workouts. As a nutrition and wellness educator, I also share simple lifestyle and mindful eating tips that complement your practice for better, longer-lasting results.
Each session is tailored to your body (including your unique proportions and fitness level) and personal goals, so you leave feeling restored, empowered, and more in tune with yourself.
