About Cameron

With 20 years of Muay Thai training and nearly a decade of coaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session. Having competed in the past, I understand the dedication and discipline required to succeed in the sport. What began as coaching friends and family out of love for the art quickly grew into a fulfilling career, and I've been dedicated to helping others reach their full potential ever since. A good Muay Thai coach is not only knowledgeable but also patient, motivating, and adaptable—qualities I strive to embody in my teaching. My focus is on developing strong fundamentals, building confidence, and helping each student achieve their personal goals, whether they're looking to compete or simply improve their fitness and technique.

As a Muay Thai coach, I bring both patience and expertise to every lesson, ensuring that students of all levels feel supported and encouraged. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I’ll guide you through the fundamentals, starting with essential techniques like proper stance, basic strikes, and footwork. My coaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation while gradually introducing more advanced skills, allowing you to progress at your own pace. In each lesson, you’ll also benefit from increased strength, enhanced fitness, improved discipline, and a deeper understanding of the art of Muay Thai. With personalized attention and a focus on technique, you’ll gain the confidence to excel in your training and beyond.
