Welcome to a fitness program that prioritizes longevity and mental well-being over quick fixes. Led by Adithyan, each class combines mobility drills, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning into an engaging 45-minute format. My special feature is creating a highly supportive, zero-judgment environment for newcomers. This class is perfectly suited for school children building healthy habits, as well as adults restarting their fitness journey.
