About Adem

Hi, I’m Adam.

I wasn’t always fit at 198 cm I used to weigh just 78 kg, which left me feeling too skinny for my height. Over the last 3 years, I worked hard, gained over 20 kg of lean muscle, and completely changed my body.

Along the way, I tried different training styles and diets, learning what really works and what’s just noise. I also learned how to cook simple, healthy meals that make the process easier to stick with.

Now I help others do the same. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, or learn calisthenics step by step, I’ll guide you with a clear plan, realistic nutrition, and regular follow-up so you don’t feel lost.
